The Whole Person.

Individual sessions, workshops, speaking, and consulting, at the intersection of neuroscience, trauma, and the human experience. Whether you're seeking personal transformation, bringing evidence-based mental health education to your organization, or building something new in the trauma space, there's a way to work together.

What I Work With.

  • Trauma is not just what happened to you. It is what happened inside you as a result — and what your body has been carrying ever since.

Complex trauma often doesn't look like a single event. It looks like years of feeling unsafe, unseen, or alone. It shows up in patterns — in how you relate, how you react, how you shut down or spiral.

I draw on brain-based approaches including Brainspotting — a powerful, neuroscience-informed modality that works directly with the brain and nervous system to process trauma at its root.

  • Grief is not a problem to be solved. It is a process to be moved through over time, and creates a flurry of complex emotions. Grief rarely moves on a linear path.

Loss takes many forms: the death of someone you love, the end of a relationship, the loss of identity, job, health, a version of your life you expected to live.

I bring both professional training and deep personal experience to this work. I have lost both my parents — and I know what it is to grieve without a map. We find the map together, at your pace.

  • Relationships are our often the doorway to our greatest joy and they are also the source of our biggest pain.

The way we learned to connect, or protect ourselves from connection, follows us everywhere. Into friendships, partnerships, workplaces, and the relationship we have with ourselves.

Attachment patterns are not character flaws. They are adaptations that once made sense. And they can be rewired.

We look at what drives the patterns underneath: the nervous system responses, the early relational templates, the beliefs about safety and worthiness that run quietly in the background of every relationship you have.

  • The body and mind are not separate systems — and chronic illness is rarely just physical.

Unprocessed emotion, nervous system dysregulation, and unresolved trauma have a profound impact on physical health. Many people living with chronic conditions find that conventional medicine addresses the body but not the whole picture.

We work with the emotional and nervous system layers underneath the physical — reducing the burden on the body, building resilience, and helping you find meaning and agency within your experience.

  • Often a spiritual awakening starts with us falling apart.

The opening of consciousness that can accompany grief, trauma, psychedelic experiences, or profound life transitions — can be disorienting, isolating, and misunderstood by the conventional mental health world.

I hold this territory with both clinical knowledge and personal experience. We distinguish between spiritual emergence and mental health crisis, and we find a groundd path that honours both the science and the soul.

  • The key to our happiness is the uncovering of who we truly are — where our strengths lie, our depths, and what we need to transform in order to become the most authentic version of ourselves.

Identity work involves goes to the core of who we are — exploring shadow work, questioning our values and discovering the authentic self that has been suppressed under the surface of shame, fear or guilt.

I draw on depth psychology, archetypal frameworks, and self-knowledge systems — including Human Design and astrology as meaning-making tools — to help you understand your innate blueprint, gifts, and purpose. This will enhance our work together and create a map for you to operate with more self-understanding and compassion.

1:1

This is deep, personalized work. We go beyond content and into the reprocessing. We start to map your nervous systems, your patters, and intercept them. We delve into what your body and nervous system has been carrying, and help you to find new ways of connecting to yourself and the world.

Using brain-based and somatic approaches, including brainspotting, nervous-system tools, and meaning-making frameworks, we work with the whole of you. Sessions move at your pace, with your body as the guide.

Available online worldwide.

  • We begin with a free Discovery Call to explore whether we're a good fit. Sessions are 50 or 80 minutes, and are held online. Each session combines talking, somatic, and nervous-system practices, so you leave feeling better in your body and mind.

  • I work with clients on an ongoing basis, typically for a minimum of 3 months. An introductory package of three sessions and single sessions are available for those who want to explore the work before committing.

  • I have different package options available. Please book a Discovery Call to discuss current pricing and availability.

Workshops & Groups

I speak from a place of deep lived experience, grounded in four degrees spanning law, business, neuroscience, and clinical psychology.

I facilitate workshops and talks for organizations, professional groups, and public audiences. I translate complex concepts into language that lands in the body, not just the mind. My work comes from a place of authenticity, expertise, and heart.

I also run small group programs for people who want to do this work in community. combining psychoeducation, somatic practices, and shared reflection where healing happens both individually and collectively.

  • I run online and in-person workshops in Los Angeles.

For businesses and organizations, talks and workshops are tailored to your audience and context. I work closely with event organizers to ensure the content lands at the right level. These are available online and in-person, and varying in length depending on your needs.

I also run small therapy groups each quarter. Please enquire to find out more.

  • Talks and groups are online and in-person and vary in length. In-person groups can be arranged via Discovery Call.

  • Speaking and workshop fees vary depending on event type and audience size. I offer reduced rates for not-for-profit organisations and community events. Please reach out with details about your event for a custom quote.

Details

  • I don't take health insurance. I work as a private-pay practitioner rather than as a licensed clinician, which allows me to work with you outside of a diagnostic framework.

  • I work with people over time, for a minimum of three months. The work we do together is relational, and real change doesn't happen in a single session.

That said, I don't ask you to commit fully upfront. I offer an introductory package of three sessions — a chance for us both to get a feel for the work and for each other before deciding to go deeper. I also spend real time in our discovery call making sure the fit is right. It is important that it is a good fit for the both of us.

  • Therapy is clinically regulated work — it operates within a diagnostic framework, treating mental health disorders and symptoms. Coaching sits outside that. No diagnosis, no treatment, no insurance billing.

What I do is coaching — but it's informed by years of clinical training in neuroscience, somatic practice, and trauma. We're not pathologizing what's happening for you. We're working with your patterns, your nervous system, your history — and building real capacity for change.

  • Every person is different.

Most of the time, we’re not here to fix a specific issue in 12 sessions. We're often working at the level of deeper relational patterns and nervous system reprocessing — which takes time, but tends to move faster than traditional therapy because you're not just retelling your story.

Most people feel improvement within the first few sessions. The three month minimum is an administrative structure, not a timeline for being fixed. A lot of people stay well beyond that — not because they're stuck, but because the work keeps going.
